Scholarships

This scholarship is open by invitation to prior Buck Foundation Scholarship Recipients.  The number of scholarships and amounts will be determined at the discretion of the Foundation.

Eligibility will include earning a Bachelors Degree on or before May 2008 Graduation Date and enrollment in a graduate program for the 2008 - 2009 school year.  The awards will be for 1 year but the recipients may reapply in subsequent years.  Students in a 5 year program or attending school for 5 years or more without earning a bachelors degree by May 2008 Graduation Date will not be eligible.

Criteria will include need, scholastic record, character, and work experience.  If confirmation of acceptance into a graduate school has not been received by application deadline, eligible students may still apply but interviews may not be granted until acceptance has been received.

The application deadline will be Noon on March 4, 2008.  Notification of the 2008-2009 recipients will be announced soon thereafter.
